Terms and Conditions

(Applicable to booking flight between Hong Kong and Tokushima or Yonago)

1. The promotional code must be entered at the time of searching for flight availability. Customers must ensure the promotional code is applied correctly during the reservation process in order to receive the discounted fare. Any fare difference resulting from an incorrectly entered promotional code will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Qualified passengers will receive an exclusive redemption code via your order email within 7 working days for ticket redemption of flight between Hong Kong and Taipei or Bangkok.

3. The fares are eligible for passengers paying adult fare only.

4. Customers under 12 years of age or Infants occupying seats apply the same fare and must be accompanied by an adult travelling on the same flight. Please contact Great Bay Airlines Service Centre for reservation and ticket issuance.

5. For an infant not occupying a seat, the round-trip ticket rate is HKD 520 or the same rate for an adult passenger applies (whichever is lower), and must be accompanied by an adult travelling on the same flight. 6. The ticket is non-rebookable, non-refundable, non-reroutable and non-transferable.

7. The redemption code is only valid to redeem round-trip ticket for designated Greater Bay Area Airlines flights between Hong Kong and Taipei or Bangkok.

8. Each exclusive redemption code is valid for one-time use only, with a maximum booking of ONE passenger. No reissue of redemption code will be made if the customer fails to retrieve them.

12. Greater Bay Airlines may cancel or change the operating flights at any time due to operational requirements. Tickets that have already been booked and confirmed will be handled according to the procedures and arrangements of Greater Bay Airlines at the time of cancellation.

13. The ticket is valid for two (2) to seven (7) days.

14. Travel must originate from Hong Kong only.

15. Booking will be made under the designated Reservations Booking Designator (RBD), and confirmation is subject to seat availability of this RBD at the time of booking. Seats are limited and sold on a first-come-first-serve basis.

16. Promotional fares exclude applicable taxes and other surcharges. The passenger needs to pay the applicable taxes and other surcharges at the time of ticketing.

17. One piece of 20 kg check-in baggage allowance is included in the ticket. Passengers may purchase additional check-in baggage allowance through Greater Bay Airline’s website or Service Centre.

18. For involuntary flight cancellation or rescheduling, rebooking can only be applied once and must be made within seven (7) days of the affected departure day. The revised (new) travel date must be within ten (10) days of the affected departure day.

19. If for any reason a passenger misses the outbound flight of a roundtrip, the returning flight will be invalid. No refund will be given for the missed sector, except for unused taxes.

20. All tickets cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit, or any other items.

21. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

22. The fare may vary due to factors such as seat availability, booking class, departure date, and currency exchange rate fluctuations. The discounted prices are for reference only. The actual price will be shown at the time of booking.

23. Greater Bay Airlines reserves the right to suspend, amend or modify any of these Terms and Conditions.

24. In case of any disputes, Greater Bay Airlines reserves the right of final decision.

25. These terms and conditions are written in English and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version of this notice, the English version shall prevail.
