Terms and Conditions

(1)     General Terms

1. Greater Bay Airlines ("GBA") is launching a special promotion in collaboration with the "903 AllStar Basketball Jam" ("Event"), offering event tickets to customers who purchase tickets using the specified promo code.
2. GBA reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions related to this promotion or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
3. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. In case of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
4. In case of any disputes, the decision of GBA is final.

(2)     Promotion Ticket Terms

1. The promo code will be announced on GBA official social media platforms. The promo code is used to book a ticket on the GBA official website or mobile app. After payment and ticket issuance are confirmed by the system, there is a chance to receive a free event ticket. The promo code can be used to book only one ticket per transaction.
2. The promo code is applicable only for bookings made directly through the GBA official website or mobile app and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
3. The promo code is valid for use from October 15, 2024, until the end of the promotion period, which will be announced on GBA's official social media platforms, Facebook and Instagram. Participants must complete their bookings within this period to have a chance to receive the free event ticket. The promotion is on a first-come, first-served basis until the promo code usage limit is reached. GBA does not guarantee that every participant using the promo code will receive an event ticket.
4. The promo code must be entered at the time of "flight booking." Travelers must ensure correct application of the promo code during the booking process to enjoy discounted fares. Any price difference arising from incorrect entry of the promo code will not be refunded.
5. The specified promo code is applicable only for purchasing flights operated by GBA. It applies to flights between Hong Kong and Yonago, Tokushima, and Sendai.
6. Flights operated by GBA may be cancelled or changed as needed for operational reasons, and booked and confirmed tickets will be handled according to GBA's procedures and arrangements at the time.
7. The promo code and promotional tickets are applicable only to passengers paying adult fares.
8. Passengers under 12 years old and infants occupying a seat are charged the same fare as adults and must be accompanied by an adult traveling on the same flight. The round-trip fare for infants not occupying a seat is HKD $520 or the same as the adult fare (whichever is lower). Please contact the GBA Customer Service Center for booking and ticket issuance arrangements.
9. Tickets have a minimum stay of 0 days and a maximum stay of 14 days.
10. The journey must originate and terminate in Hong Kong.
11. Ticket reservation will use the booking class (RBD) «H» class. Confirmation of booking is subject to seat availability on the flight. Seats are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
12. Tickets can be changed for flight, date, or time. However, they are non-refundable, non-reroutable, and non-transferable.
13. Promotional ticket prices do not include government taxes and other surcharges. Travelers should pay applicable taxes and other surcharges at the time of ticket issuance.
14. Tickets include a checked baggage allowance of 20 kg. Additional checked baggage allowance can be purchased from the GBA official website or service centre.
15. If the flight is cancelled or changed due to involuntary reasons, the rescheduling application is limited to once. The rescheduling request must be made within 7 days of the affected flight date. The rescheduled flight must depart within 10 days of the affected flight date.
16. If a passenger misses the outbound segment of the round trip for any reason, the return segment will be considered invalid, and no refund will be provided, except for unused taxes.
17. All tickets are non-exchangeable for cash, points, or any other items.
18. Ticket prices may fluctuate due to seat availability, booking class, departure date, and currency exchange rates. Promotional prices are for reference only, and the final settlement price is as displayed on the booking page.

Ticket Redemption

1. Within one week after the sales period of the promo code ends, eligible customers who have completed bookings will receive a notification and redemption letter via email. They must then redeem their event tickets in person at the GBA Customer Service Center located at West Kowloon Station. Participants who do not receive a redemption letter will not be able to obtain tickets, and no further notice will be given.
2. Redemption Period: Customers must redeem their event tickets between October 31, 2024, and November 3, 2024. Tickets not redeemed within this period will be forfeited.
3. To redeem the event ticket, customers must present:
   a. Redemption letter.
   b. E-ticket with the electronic ticket number and passenger booking code (PNR).
   c. A valid identification document matching the name on the e-ticket confirmation email (e.g., Hong Kong Identity Card).
4. Event tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits. Any attempt to transfer tickets will result in cancellation of the benefit.
5. Customers who fail to redeem their event tickets within the specified redemption period will forfeit the ticket, and GBA will not provide any alternative arrangements or compensation.
6. Event ticket seat numbers will be randomly assigned. Participants cannot choose or change their assigned seats.

Privacy and Consent

1. By participating in this promotion, customers consent to GBA's use of their personal data in accordance with GBA's Privacy Policy.
2. Customers agree that GBA and its authorized partners have the right to use their photographs or images taken during the Event for promotional purposes without further notice or approval.
