Terms and conditions

  • The cash rebate promotion of shuttle bus between Sendai Airport and Appi Kogen is valid from 16 December, 2024, to 31 May, 2025; Participating in designated Appi Kogen exploration activities to receive dining cash vouchers is valid until 30 June, 2025.
  • Each person may only use the above discounts once per visit; receipts/tickets that have been stamped and confirmed cannot be used for redemption again.
  • Shuttle bus service hours and restaurant opening hours are subject to change without prior notice.
  • The shuttle bus service is limited to guests staying at ANA Crowne Plaza Resort Appi Kogen and ANA InterContinental Appi Kogen Resort. 
  • Shuttle bus must be booked and paid online 4 days prior to travelling or paid for on-site by cash/IC card at the time of travelling, please retain the paper receipt for cash refund.
  • The cash rebate discount of shuttle bus will be granted by presenting the shuttle bus receipt and a printed GBA boarding pass when checking out at the hotel room; any questions should be raised immediately, as no changes will be made after the confirmation document is signed.
  • Participate in designated Appi Kogen exploration activities at the APPI ExPlore, complete the payment, and present a printed GBA boarding pass to receive dining cash vouchers, while stock lasts.
  • Dining cash vouchers can only be used within the validity period and will be void after expiration.
