Terms and Conditions

1. The above infant ticket discount is only available to passengers who use the designated promotional code to book flights for two or more people traveling between Hong Kong and designated destinations. If the passenger does not enter the correct promotional code during booking, they will not be able to enjoy this offer.
2. Eligible passengers will receive a notification via your order email within 7 working days. Passengers are requested to fill in the form according to the instructions in the email and must complete it before January 30, 2025 so that the Greater Bay Airlines Customer Service Center can arrange flight reservations for infants.
3. Special fares are only applicable to designated departure dates and flights. Travel departure dates: February 2 to March 15, 2025
4. This offer is based on a single order. Even if there are more than two passengers, only one infant ticket non occupying a seat will be given.
5. The promotional code must be entered when booking a flight. Passengers must ensure that the promotional code is applied correctly during the booking process to enjoy the discounted fare. Any fare difference due to incorrect entry of a promotional code will not be refunded.
6. All discounted ticket redemptions are only applicable to flights operated by designated Greater Bay Airlines. Includes: Round trip between Hong Kong and Bangkok / Taipei / Osaka / Tokyo / Yonago / Sendai.
7. Greater Bay Airlines flights may be cancelled or changed at any time due to operational needs. Booked and confirmed tickets will be subject to Greater Bay Airlines's procedures and arrangements at that time.
8. Promotional codes and discounted fares are only applicable to passengers paying adult fares.
9. Passengers under 12 years old and accompanying Infants occupying seats are charged the same fare as adults. They must be accompanied by an adult on the same flight. Please contact the Greater Bay Airlines Customer Service Center to arrange reservations and ticketing.
10. If the passenger is travelling with more than one infants who is non occupying a seat, the round-trip fare is HK$520 or the same as the adult fare (whichever is lower). The infants must be accompanied by an adult on the same flight. Please contact Greater Bay Airlines Customer Service Center to arrange reservations and ticketing.
11. The ticket is valid for a minimum stay of 2 days and a maximum stay of 7 days.
12. The journey must and can only originate from Hong Kong.
13. Ticket reservations will be made in the designated Reservation Booking Designator (RBD) and confirmation is subject to availability. Seat is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
14. Tickets are non-refundable, non-reroute, and non-transferable.
15. the above discounted fares exclude government taxes and other surcharges. Passengers are required to pay applicable taxes and other surcharges when tickets are issued.
16. The ticket includes one piece of 20 kg check-in baggage per person (except infants non occupying a seat). Passengers can purchase additional checked baggage from the Greater Bay Airlines website or Customer Service Center.
17. If the flight is involuntarily cancelled or rescheduled, you can only apply for rescheduling once. Rescheduling requests must be made within 7 days of the affected flight date. The rescheduled flight must depart within 10 days of the affected flight date.
18. If a passenger misses the outbound sector of a round trip for any reason, the passenger's return sector will be invalid and all sectors will not be refunded, except for unused taxes.
19. All tickets are not redeemable for cash, points or any other items.
20. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
21. Ticket fares are subject to change due to factors such as seat availability, ticket class, departure date and currency exchange rate fluctuations. The promotional fares are for reference only. The final settlement shall be subject to the amount displayed on the booking page.
22. Greater Bay Airlines reserves the right to suspend, amend or change any rules, terms and conditions.
23. In case of any disputes, Greateer Bay Airlines reserves the right of final decision.
24. These Terms and Conditions are originally drafted in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English text and any other translation, the English text shall prevail.
