Terms & conditions

1. Promotion Period: 16-18 July 2025 
2. Travel Commence Period: 16 July 2025 to 28 March 2026 (The travel departure dates are based on seasonal flight schedules. Please refer to the table above.)
3. Blackout Period: 19-26 December 2025, 13-19 February 2026
4.  The promo code can only be used through Greater Bay Airlines official online channels, including the Greater Bay Airlines website, H5 and mobile application.
5. The promo code must be used to book round-trip flights to specified destinations and can only be used for one (1) passenger. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or offers.
6. The promo code must be entered at the time of searching for flight availability. The customer must ensure the promo code is applied correctly during the reservation process in order to receive the discounted fare. Any fare difference resulting from an incorrectly entered promotional code will not be eligible for a refund.
7. The specified promo code is only applicable for purchasing the designated round-trip flights operated by Greater Bay Airlines.
8. Greater Bay Airlines may cancel or change the operating flights at any time due to operational requirements. Tickets that have already been booked and confirmed will be handled according to the procedures and arrangements of the Greater Bay Airlines at the time of cancellation.
9. The fares are eligible for passengers paying the adult fare only.
10. This promotion does not apply to child and Infant tickets. 
11. The ticket is valid for two (2) to seven (7) days.
12. Travel must originate from Hong Kong only.
13. 1Booking will be made under the designated Reservations Booking Designator (RBD), and confirmation is subject to seat availability of this RBD at the time of booking. Seats are limited and sold on a first-come-first-serve basis.
14. Changes are permitted under the following conditions:
    - 48 hours prior to the originally ticketed flight/date/time: A charge of HKD800 per ticket per transaction.
    - Within 48 hours prior to the originally ticketed flight/date/time or after flight departure: A charge of HKD1,400 per ticket per transaction.
15. The ticket is non-refundable, non-reroutable and non-transferable.
16. The special fares excluded fuel surcharges, applicable taxes, and other surcharges. The passenger needs to pay the applicable taxes and other surcharges at the time of ticketing.
17. The ticket includes one (1) piece of 7kg carry-on baggage and one (1) piece of 20kg check-in baggage allowance per passenger. Passengers may purchase additional check-in baggage allowance through Greater Bay Airlines’ website or Customer Service Centre.
18. For involuntary flight cancellation or rescheduling, rebooking can only be applied once and must be made within seven (7) days of the affected departure day. The revised (new) travel date must be within ten (10) days of the affected departure day.
19. If, for any reason, a passenger misses the outbound flight of a round-trip, the inbound flight will be invalidated. No refund will be given except for unused taxes.
20. All discounted tickets cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit, or any other items.
21. The fare may vary due to factors such as seat availability, booking class, departure date, and currency exchange rate fluctuations. The discounted prices are for reference only. The actual price will be shown at the time of booking.
22. Greater Bay Airlines reserves the right to suspend, amend or modify any of these Terms and Conditions.
23. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Greater Bay Airlines.
24. These terms and conditions are written in English and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version of this notice, the English version shall prevail.
