Terms & Conditions:

1.        The above offer is only applicable to employees of GBA trade partners. The details of the offer must not be reproduced, disclosed, or published on social media, and are for internal circulation only.

2.        Passenger must be current employees or members at the time of booking. Staff ID or name card must be provided at check-in counter for checking. If any violation is found, Greater Bay Airlines reserves the right to charge the original ticket price.

3.        The above prices are for adult fares.

4.        The ticket is valid for two (2) to seven (7) days.

5.        Each staff member can travel with up to 3 companions.

6.        Travel must originate from Hong Kong only.

7.        Open-jaw booking is allowed.

8.        Check-in baggage allowance: 1 piece (20kg).

9.        Booking will be made under Reservations Booking Designator (RBD) «T» class, and confirmation is subject to seat availability of this RBD at the time of booking. Seats are limited and are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis.

10.  Staff and companions must be booked under same “booking record” and travelling together.

11.  Ticket is only valid on flight date shown, and non-rebookable, non-refundable, non-reroutable and non-transferable.

12.  The above fares are excluded government taxes and surcharges. Passenger needs to pay the applicable taxes and other surcharges at the time of ticketing.

13.  For involuntary flight cancellation or rescheduling, rebooking can only be applied once and must be made within seven (7) days of the affected departure day. The revised (new) travel date must be within ten (10) days of the affected departure day.

14.  For an accompanying child or infant occupying a seat, the same rate for an adult passenger applies.

15.  For an accompanied Infant not occupying a seat, the fare is HKD 520 per round trip, or same as adult fares, whichever is lower.

16.  The infant ticket not occupying a seat includes nil check-in baggage allowance.

17.  If for any reason a passenger misses the outbound flight of a roundtrip, the returning flight will be invalidated, and the ticket will not be refunded except for any unused taxes.

19.  Greater Bay Airlines reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Greater Bay Airlines.

20.  If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
