Award Tickert Terms and Conditions:

  1. Award ticket redemption deadline: 7 October 2024
  2. Travel commencing dates: 27 October, 29 October & 31 October 2024
  3. The award ticket redemption code can only be used through Greater Bay Airlines official online channels, including Greater Bay Airlines website, H5 and mobile application.
  4. The redemption code can only be activated one time and is valid for a round-trip flight booking for two passengers only. If the customer lost or  unable to retrieve the redemption code, it will not be reissued.
  5. The redemption code must be entered at the time of searching for flight availability. Customer must ensure the redemption code is applied correctly during the reservation process in order to complete the redemption. Any fare difference resulting from an incorrect entered redemption code will not be eligible for a refund.
  6. The award tickets are valid only for designated round-trip flights from Hong Kong to Yonago, operated by Greater Bay Airlines.
  7. Greater Bay Airlines may cancel or change the operating flights at any time due to operational requirements. Tickets that have already been booked and confirmed will be handled according to the procedures and arrangements of the Greater Bay Airlines at the time of cancellation.
  8. The redemption code is eligible for passenger paying adult fare only.
  9. Customer under 12 years of age or Infant occupying seat are counted on Adult fare quota and must be accompanied by an adult travelling on the same flight. 
  10. For an infant not occupying a seat, passenger must be accompanied by an adult travelling on the same flight. Please contact Great Bay Airlines Service Centre for reservation and ticket issuance. 
  11. The ticket is valid for zero (0) to fourteen (14) days.
  12. Travel must originate from Hong Kong only.
  13. Booking will be made under Reservations Booking Designator (RBD) «T» class, and confirmation is subject to seat availability of this RBD at the time of booking. Seats are limited and sold on first-come-first-serve basis.
  14. The ticket is non-rebookable, non-refundable, non-reroutable and non-transferable.
  15. Award tickets are excluded government taxes and other surcharges. The passenger requires to pay the applicable taxes and other surcharges at the time of ticketing.
  16. One piece of 20kg Check-in baggage allowance is included in the ticket. Passenger may purchase additional check-in baggage allowance through Greater Bay Airline’s website or Service Centre.
  17. For involuntary flight cancellation or rescheduling, rebooking can only be applied once and must be made within seven (7) days of the affected departure day. The revised (new) travel date must be within ten (10) days of the affected departure day.
  18. Greater Bay Airlines reserves the right to not provide compensation to award ticket passengers in the event of flight disruptions or irregularities.
  19. For any reason a passenger misses the outbound flight of a roundtrip, the returning flight will be invalidated, and the ticket will not be refunded except for any unused taxes.
  20. All award tickets cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit, or any other items.
  21. If the award ticket passenger is subsequently disqualified or is found not eligible for the activity and the award, Greater Bay Airlines reserves the right to withhold the award ticket or reclaim the original ticket price.
  22. Greater Bay Airlines reserves the right to suspend, amend or modify any of the Terms and Conditions.
  23. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Greater Bay Airlines.
  24. The terms and conditions are written in English and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version of this notice, the English version shall prevail.
