Greater Bay Airlines launches new service to Taipei in December

(11 November 2022) Greater Bay Airlines (GBA) continues to expand its network by launching the new Hong Kong – Taipei service starting 1 December 2022. This new flight will be operated five times a week.

Approval for the launch of the Taipei service by GBA has now been granted by the respective aeronautical authorities. And this with recent announcement by Taiwan on the relaxation of entry measures for visitors, GBA’s new service provides an attractive schedule with both morning and evening departures for Hong Kong travellers who are keen on a long awaited visit to Taipei either for business or for visiting friends and relatives.

Taipei is also a popular holiday destination for Hong Kong people and the announcement by the Taiwanese authorities that organized tour groups to Taiwan are permitted from henceforth is expected to boost the demand of leisure travellers for visiting Taiwan as well.
