Job Description

You are expected to be responsible for the development of the Company’s Staff Travel policy and process, and for providing the necessary services to meet the Staff Travel needs of the Company in accordance with the established policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement policies and processes for the Company’s duty travel arrangement and Staff Travel benefit
  • Provide Staff Travel services, both duty and leisure, to GBA employees, including handling and overseeing all travel arrangements including booking arrangements
  • Monitor the overall performance of the Staff Travel team
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Hong Kong permanent resident status
  • Tertiary education, and above preferably in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant filed
  • Training related to travel and tourism is a plus
  • A minimum of 8 years’ working experience in the aviation industry, preferably in an airline operation
  • At least 2 years’ supervisory experience of managing a team effectively
  • Strong R&T knowledge is a MUST
  • Excellent knowledge of travel software (reservations systems, GDS systems and e-travel etc)
  • Familiar with Staff Travel arrangement
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese
  • A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive work ethics with a customer services mindset
  • Capability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Fully COVID-19 vaccinated, consideration will be given to those who are unable to get vaccinated valid medical reasons

  7.
