Greater Bay Airlines opens new customer service centre at Hong Kong West Kowloon Station

(19 December 2023) Greater Bay Airlines (GBA) today announced the opening of its first Customer Service Centre strategically located at Hong Kong West Kowloon Station of the High Speed Rail, providing enhanced experience to customers of both GBA and its sister airline, Donghai Airlines. The Centre offers a wide range of services to local and Mainland China customers including booking of GBA and Donghai Airlines flights, ticketing services, sale of souvenir items and general enquiries.

GBA and Donghai Airlines have entered a strategic partnership where the two airlines can now cross sell air tickets for each other, bringing greater convenience to customers who travel from Mainland cities Donghai Airlines is serving to international destinations via Shenzhen/Zhuhai and Hong Kong. Under the new arrangement with Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK), GBA customers can also check in at the AAHK counter located at the same Arrival Concourse of Hong Kong West Kowloon Station and have their baggage directly transferred to Hong Kong International Airport.
