Inquiry, rebooking or refund application for affected passengers
(Passengers who have booked with Greater Bay Airlines and received flight cancellation notifications for departures between February 1, 2025, and March 31, 2025.)

Due to the high volume of inquiries at the Greater Bay Airline Customer Service Centre, a longer waiting time will be anticipated. Our customer service representatives will respond to your calls as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Remarks: Flights depart from April 1, 2025 onward, will not be affected by the recent rescheduling of flights, excepts flights between Hong Kong and Seoul. Greater Bay Airlines will provide timely updates regarding the arrangements, please stay tuned for official announcements.
Ticket Refund Application
Refund application:
1. Self-service refund application is also available at Greater Bay Airlines official website (only applicable for tickets purchased through Greater Bay Airlines official channels). Please log in to the following website:

Remarks:
The self-service refund application is not applicable to passenger travelling between Hong Kong and Yonago; Hong Kong and Tokushima. Travellers can apply refund through the following channels:

b. Email to refund@greaterbay-airlines.com , please ensure to provide your itinerary and air ticket information
c. Contact Greater Bay Airlines Customer Service Centre
The refund application process takes 4-6 weeks processing time.
2. If your ticket was purchased through a travel agency, please contact the travel agency for inquiries, rebooking and refund applications. Greater Bay Airlines has waived all associated fees.
