E-COMMERCE AND PARTNERSHIP EXECUTIVE

Job Description

The candidate is expected to support the operations in eCommerce & Partnership assignments, including web/EDM content creation, daily direct sales support and monitoring. Also, to support eCommerce digital performance work in tracking SEO/SEM, market and competitor status.Key Responsibilities

  • Handle partnership sales and operational duties

  • Support partner programs that drive business growth

  • Responsible for creating compelling advertisement copy and content

  • Create landing pages optimized for conversions

  • Support social media platforms and SEM efforts

  • Manage social media accounts and create integrated content

Requirements

  • Hong Kong permanent resident status

  • Bachelor degree holder or above in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or related disciplines

  • A minimum 1 year’s of experience in eCommerce and partnership 

  • Knowledge in basic data analytics tools including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and digital related including Google Data Studio, Google Ad, Power BI, MS Access

  • Possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data sets and translate findings into actionable items

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Able to handle basic customer enquiries and communications

  • Patience and willingness to handle tedious tasks 

  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web development concepts is a plus
